A NEW BUILDING IS NEEDED

Since 1963, the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad hasoccupied the same building at the corner of North Harrison Street and Clearview Avenue. This facility is outdated and insufficient to meet our community’s growing and diverse needs.

A NEW BUILDING IS PLANNED

Our new headquarters will be constructed on the site across from the Princeton Police Department. It will have:

  • Ample bays to store the Squad’s ten emergency vehicles and life-saving equipment.
  • Room to hold CPR and other health and safety classes open to the public.
  • Sleeping quarters for overnight first responders.
  • Space to train EMTs and conduct rescue drills.
  • Storage space for oxygen bottles, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and other life-saving equipment.
  • Laundry and decontamination facilities.

A CAMPAIGN FOR THE FUTURE

Contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations will pay for the construction of our town’s new emergency medical facility. A fundraising campaign is in progress and groundbreaking ceremonies are being planned for later this fall.
